Engineering

We are currently looking to further expand our engineering team by bringing on board an experienced security/fire engineer.

You as an engineer will have experience installing and servicing anyone of the following:

  • Intruder alarms
  • IP CCTV Systems
  • Analogue CCTV Systems
  • Access Control
  • Fire Alarms
  • Gates & Barriers

We require you to have experience working in all of the above fields, training will be provided to you for any areas that you haven't covered. In terms of remuneration a guide-line basic salary (Competitive) £plus overtime, depending on experience the salary may vary, as well as a company car, mobile phone and standby fee for being on call and 28 days holiday per annum with an extra day added per year up to five.

Sales / Surveyors

MAIN FUNCTION OF THE ROLE:

Our primary growth objective is the continued growth of recurring revenue, recurring revenues are those generated through service and maintenance. A key element of generating recurring revenue growth is the development of new service customers, through sales of new service and maintenance agreements.

The service sales role is focused on new customer acquisitions within the territory, and is heavily focused on the sale of service & maintenance agreements across our total range of the company’s services.


Leads will be provided when possible by the business to support this role, the role also requires a significant element of personal business development within the allocated territory. The role requires a high level of basic activity and the tools provided are to enable the rep to work efficiently.
Candidates will be required to be security vetted as per industry standards (10 years)

KEY RESULT AREAS

  • Reporting directly to the Sales Director, the rep will be responsible for:
  • The role will be a multi- product solutions seller with a primary focus on new customer acquisition.
  • Achieving month, quarter & annual sales targets
  • Achieving month on month activity benchmarks across the complete sales process
  • Managing their personal monthly success plans
  • Surveying, developing, pricing, tendering, negotiating and handover of products
  • Managing their behavior in line with the companies’ ethical standards and requirements


PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

Previous experience in Security and Fire Industry preferred
5 years’ experience of security sales.

Summary

Competitive basic salary + commission and car
28 days holiday per annum with an extra day added per year up to five.
